humbly led

Hello, my friend. Before introductions, please allow me to explain…this is not me; I am not someone who opens myself up to the unknown, to criticism, or to technology. In fact, this has been many moons in the making and I am trying to take my first step in obedience. But today, I choose to create faster than I can critique, and choose to go against the current of fears and doubts that usually turn my feet back around.

Romans 8:14-15 because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit on sonship. And by him we cry “Abba Father.”

Sparkling Gems from the Greek Vol 1, July 3rd: “The word ‘led’ is the Greek word ago, which described the act of leading around an animal, such as a cow or goat, at the end of a rope. The owner would wrap a rope around the animal’s neck and then ‘tug’ or ‘pull’ until the animal started to follow him. When the animal decided to cooperate and follow that gentle tug, it could then be gently “led” to where its owner wanted it to go.”

So, sincerely, in an effort to finally follow the Holy Spirit’s lead, and give in to His “tug”, I open this ministry up to more. A ministry years in the making; a ministry occurring in everyday opportunities, through generations and genders. I do this because I want Him to keep tugging and keep leading me into the unknown. This humble listener of Jesus Christ, with nothing but a heart for Him and an ability to weave together wisdom and worship, is going to give into the tug.

Thank you for joining me in this journey.
